Since those first two books, I’ve been real lucky to work with two wonderful publishers—ALA Editions and Upstart Books—to create new books that promote children’s books.

My second picture book, Comin' Down to Storytime, came out in 2009.

I’m also fortunate to write regular columns for LibrarySparks magazine, a column titled "Read–Aloud Alert" for Book Links magazine, and the online column “Heart of a Child" for members of my other great friends, the Children’s Literature Network (CLN). I also write book reviews for CLN.
